Sun-bathing

Redbush and family have been going out on the lease while the Reno guy has been working on her floors. The days have been filled with sunshine, so, Bonzi has been taking advantage of the sunlight chasing the squirrels and basking in the sun and occasionally just relaxing in the snow. She can't believe what beautiful weather they have been having since about the end of January! The weather man says that we have had the warmest and driest winter since 1948! Her family enjoys building a fire and roasting a smokie when they take a jaunt out back, and it gives Bonzi exercise. Somehow lunch just tastes better when it is cooked outdoors. Because of all the renovations, Redbush hasn't been on the computer much. She has been trying to stay out of the Reno guy's hair so that he can get the job done soon. She hopes everyone had a great week and an even more super weekend!

Food is always better cooked outside. It's all that danged fresh air.
Good luck with the renos. Looks good.

Bonzi is so beautiful. He makes the sunshine look good.

Your tile is very close to what I have in my bathrooms--it may be a shade darker. Since Bag Lady shares my kitchen counters, our houses must be connected underground somehow.

Wow, Reno Man is doing a great job! Send him over here when he's done there, 'k?
Bonzi looks like he was thoroughly enjoying himself that day!

Bonzi is such a beautiful baby. Those tiles are looking great. I love your kitchen - particularly that you make space for a wine collection. ;)

Thanks, leah! I love the open fire and getting all smoked up just seems to be worth it. The renos are pretty well done. I'm liking them!

Ahhh! Now I feel like we're all connected, Solarity! Bonzi just is beside himself when he knows from what we're doing that we're going on an out back jaunt. He's getting very spoiled, but, we can't help it. Glad you enjoyed the pictures!

Yes, Bag Lady, he did a great job, and takes pride in what he does. I'll let him know that you're looking for him if I see him again! Bonzi definitely enjoys every minute of it when he is out back. He's leading a dog's life for sure! Ha!

Hilary, you're so observant! I love my little wine space although it isn't very large. Yes, Bonzi is my baby, and getting very spoiled. He really does lead a dog's life! Ha! Thanks for stopping!
