More Spring Art References

Yesterday was a very beautiful spring day in Redbush's world, so, she decided to go out to the lease and get more camera shots for potential use in her artworks.  The weather was calm, and the temperatures were such that she hardly needed a coat.  She also saw a whole group of trumpeter swans, 15 in fact, fly over her house, but couldn't capture the picture in time.    Bonzi and Bonzerelli enjoyed the outing on the lease as they always do.  Here are a few shots of the spring thaw on the lease.  Today is a much cooler day, with no sun, so she's glad she got the pictures yesterday.  She hopes you enjoy them.  She wishes you an enjoyable spring weekend!

Unfrozen water, how nice! I like the first two best; the first one where you've placed the horizon just right, and the Bonzi ears echo the pointed trees, the the second one where the texture of the ripples and the shadows compete with each other.

Great photos, Redbush! And those damned swans just move so fast, don't they!? :)

Thanks, Solarity! it wasn't planned that way, but, Bonzi just happened to be in the picture. Actually, Bonzi walked through the water in the second picture, and it caused the ripples. He's always busy when he's out snooping.

Those swans move very fast! Drat! I've been hoping that can get pictures of them on some pond, but, I'm sure that will be a challenge. Until then, I'll just enjoy them overhead!

I love spring pics. Thanks so much.

Thanks, Leah! I'll bet you would have a lot of different spring pictures from your area. Spring must come earlier in your part of the world, and you probably have numerous gorgeous pics of water-runs!

Spring just couldn't come soon enough for me this year. I'm glad you're enjoying yours. Lovely photos. I sure hope you do capture a few of those swans. They're such beauties.
