Signs Of The Time?

This summer, and several summers before this, Redbush sees this sign in her travels.  A local logging mill would have gotten the signs produced.  She's wondering how many of these are out there.  She hopes everyone is having a great fall.  There is no snow yet in her area, but, the forecast is for some of the white stuff soon.  Redbush hopes the radio station is wrong on that one.  She hopes everyone is enjoying a great fall!

Good luck with the no snow.

Good luck, indeed.

There is a one-lane bridge near me where you must stop for uncoming traffic, at least in one direction. The bridge is right before a very steep (but not long) hill, and if you are wise you stop, wait, and listen for any vehicle on the other side of that hill. Only after you have gone up it can you be sure the traffic is not there.

Thanks, Leah. You, too!

Yes, Solarity, we have quite a few of those in our area, too. We've turned our vehicles off on and listened as well. It's a scary thought, though, to get through and not have to worry about it.

Hard to say no to the white stuff. Funny sign , I am not sure about uncoming anywhere.

I agree Out on the prairie. It might be a new word that's not in the dictionary. He! He! The white stuff can be uncoming as long as it wants to and it wouldn't hurt my feelings!

I hope your snow holds off for a while.

Thanks, Hilary. It's been nice here for the last few days except for a wind that goes right through you. Hope you're having great weather!
